Gary Simat has extensive real world experience within the hosted services market. A respected leader in the field, he is well versed on the best practices and methods of running cutting edge datacenters. Gary is an entrepreneur at heart and aims to provide the best possible environment for new and established companies to grow and thrive.
Having helped develop Total Server Solutions into what it is today, Gary is keen to give back to the local Atlanta start-up community. He is very active with Atlanta Tech Village as well as on the advisory board for the Cape Coral Technical College participating in various local hackathons and startup forums. Gary has also been featured as a Cisco Impact Story subject.
Chief Technical Officer
Ryan DiRocco is an expert in networking and datacenter operations with more than two decades of experience within the IT and hosted services sector. Over the years, he has spent time working with various other datacenter providers before joining Total Server Solutions. Having built a solid foundation within the hosted services space, Ryan's knowledge, experience, and dedication is a key component of the TSS team.
The smooth operation of the systems and network at Total Server Solutions is his chief goal. Additionally, he guides engineering and technical product development across the brand.
As Controller Shena is responsible for the oversight of all procedures and functions of our accounting, billing, and FP&A teams. In addition, she utilizes her organizational management skills to analyzes systems and practices with a keen eye for improvement opportunities to facilitate scalability and growth.
Along with an MBA from Georgia State University, Shena is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting. She is a driven leader with a tireless enthusiasm to elevate financial operations to grow business.
Director of Business Development
Jason Brozena has been involved in the hosting space for the better part of two decades. His drive & enthusiasm for business and sales excellence are unparalleled. He knows what it takes to provide an exceptional customer experience at any level.
As Director of Business Development he works tirelessly to acquire new business and help existing customers grow and realize their full potential. A customer advocate, he is highly skilled at helping customers determine the best ways to grow sustainably while maximizing their infrastructure investments.
Vice President of Sales
Mike has spent 20 years in IT sales and in sales leadership positions for many of the most notable companies in the datacenter/cloud/managed service space industry and the majority of that time spent as a top performer and President's Club winner.
Through a combination of excellent sales leadership skills, development and execution of marketing strategies, team building, and sales performance optimization, Mike has continually led teams to deliver top results. He attributes the success of his teams to a relentless commitment to customer experience. Mike graduated Kennesaw State University with a B.S in Sociology. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children.
Director of Engineering
As the Director of Engineering at Total Server Solutions, Ben Beasley utilizes strong management and technical competencies to set objectives and develop strategies for Corporate and Customer Infrastructure. He provides leadership oversight to the Sales and Systems Engineers and Managers within the Engineering organization, and drives all pertinent issues related to technical strategy and goal attainment.
Ben has been in the IT business for over 20 years, serving both in the Defense/Intelligence and the Cloud/Managed Services communities. In addition to a Degree in Computer Science, Ben holds 11 highly sought-after certifications from accredited sources such as VMware, SCRUM Alliance, and Microsoft.
Director of Customer Success
As the Director of Customer Success, Davon is responsible for managing the day to day & strategic operations for the health and care of our customers. Prior to joining Total Server Solutions, he spent time building scalable support teams and processes across a number of different hosting companies, supporting small and medium businesses.
With over 10 years in the hosting space and a passion for helping others, Davon brings a myriad of experience which includes M&A, process improvement, project and people management, as well as both technical and team leadership. With a "customer first" mindset, he is committed to maintain the highest quality standards to continue to set our teams and customers up for success.
Director of FP&A
As the Director of Finance, Max is responsible for managing financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, M&A, and budget. In addition, he also manages multiple projects to support corporate strategic initiatives, improve collections, increase revenue and improve efficiency. He serves as the direct point of contact for private equities, senior lenders and other advisory teams along with overseeing audit, tax, and legal functions of the company.
Along with an MBA in Finance, Max has years of industry experience working in operational auditing, M&A, company due diligence and investment banking. He is a client oriented, financially inclined leader with the ability to guide clients on the key concepts and strategies needed to execute large scale financial goals.
As Director of Channel Sales, Gary is responsible for the continued development of the Total Server Solutions Partner Program. He is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience establishing meaningful partner relationships. He drives business by identifying the mutually aligned organizational values that we share with partners, and leveraging them to foster innovative strategic initiatives.
Gary’s experience and ability to embrace new technologies has placed him as a top performer and key partner liaison for fortune 500 companies. His continued success is rooted in his personal commitment to understanding and developing business models that are scalable and fruitful for all parties involved.
Carlos Carluccio spends the bulk of his efforts on making certain our technical personnel have the knowledge and motivation to support our diverse customer base. An expert in the technical aspects of hosted services, Carlos draws upon years of knowledge of server and infrastructure engineering best practices.
